Mt. Parker (Melibengoy)

An active stratovolcano rising to 1,824 meters in South Cotabato, sacred to the T'boli as the dwelling of their deity Fu Dalu. The two-day ascent passes through some of the most intact mossy forest in the central Mindanao highlands before reaching the crater that holds Lake Holon. Summit views on clear days extend to Sarangani Bay to the south and the broad patchwork of the Allah Valley to the north.
