El Union Coffee

The café that turned a stretch of La Union's National Highway into a travel destination. El Union's signature Dirty Horchata—espresso over house-made rice milk with cinnamon—justified the four-hour drive from Manila for an entire generation of travelers. Coffee sourced from local highland farms, a walk-up window right beside the surf, and a view that makes the wait feel short.
