Dahican Beach

A nine-kilometer sweep of wild Pacific coast consistently ranked among the finest surf breaks in Mindanao. The beach faces open ocean with no land between it and the American coast, and the swell runs fast and clean from August through March. Outside the surf season the water calms and the beach empties — a nine-kilometer stretch mostly to yourself, backed by Mt. Hamiguitan's profile on the southern horizon.
