CDO Night Market (Divisoria)

Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao

From 6 p.m. until the early hours, a section of Divisoria Road transforms into one of Mindanao's most animated night markets — smoky grills, pungent fish paste stalls, banana-Q carts, and vendors selling everything from secondhand Levi's to phone cases. Isaw, chicken skin, and grilled liempo are sold by the stick; the roasted corn vendor at the corner has been in the same spot for twenty years. It is loud, cheap, and genuinely local.
