Cafe Leona
Calle Crisologo, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur
Housed in the basement of a late 18th-century ancestral home on Calle Crisologo, this is the most storied table in Vigan. Named for Leona Florentino—the first Filipina poet to gain international recognition, whose family once owned the house—it serves Ilocano longanisa, bagnet (double-fried pork belly), and Vigan dishes in a centuries-old stone dining room.
